Unless expressly agreed in writing, Bravo Sierra Limited does not own or operate all properties offered and may act as an intermediary between clients and accommodation providers.
Service Engagement
Any accommodation proposal provided by Bravo Sierra Limited is subject to availability, confirmation, and agreement of commercial terms.
A binding agreement shall only arise once terms have been confirmed in writing and, where applicable, payment terms have been agreed.
We reserve the right to decline or withdraw services at our discretion prior to confirmation.
Pricing & Payment
All pricing is subject to confirmation and may vary depending on availability, duration, location, and accommodation specifications.
Payment terms will be agreed in writing prior to confirmation of bookings.
Failure to make payment in accordance with agreed terms may result in cancellation of services.
Cancellations & Amendments
Cancellation and amendment terms may vary depending on the accommodation provider and specific booking terms.
Clients will be informed of applicable cancellation conditions at the time of proposal or booking confirmation.
Bravo Sierra Limited is not responsible for losses arising from cancellation terms imposed by third-party accommodation providers.
Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
• Provide accurate and complete information regarding accommodation requirements
• Ensure occupants comply with property rules and regulations
• Accept responsibility for any damage caused by occupants
• Comply with agreed payment terms
We reserve the right to recover costs for damages, losses, or breaches of agreement.
Limitation of Liability
Bravo Sierra Limited shall not be liable for:
• Acts, omissions, or failures of third-party accommodation providers
• Indirect or consequential losses
• Loss of profit, business interruption, or reputational damage
Our total liability in connection with any service shall not exceed the total fees paid to Bravo Sierra Limited for that specific service engagement.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for fraud or personal injury caused by negligence.
